Humanforce Work (New) 1.21.0

The Humanforce Classic application is scheduled for retirement in 2025 and will be succeeded by the newly launched Humanforce Work app. The new platform is now available for download on this page. Existing login credentials remain valid and can be used to access the new app.

Humanforce Work offers an upgraded mobile experience that comprehensively addresses the scheduling and shift management needs of both managers and employees.

For employees and end-users, the Humanforce Work app provides functionalities such as:

• Viewing schedules, including rosters, blackout periods, leave, and public holidays
• Clocking in and out, reviewing timesheets, and accessing payslips
• Managing leave requests and availability
• Bidding on and accepting shift offers
• Receiving and managing notifications
• Viewing notice boards
• Updating personal employment information

For employers, administrators, and managers, the app facilitates:

• Authorizing timesheets
• Approving leave requests
• Managing attendance records
• Offering shifts to staff
• Sharing important notifications

In addition to these features, Humanforce Work introduces significant improvements in performance, a redesigned intuitive user interface (UI), enhanced roster management capabilities, and an overall optimized experience for staying organized with work schedules. Prior to adopting Humanforce Work, users are advised to consult with their company's Humanforce Administrator to confirm which app version is preferred.
